Watch video illustrating the step by step process of making this DIY wall art. You can tweak this for your specific need.

What is the decoupage? Decoupage is the art of using glue paste to paste on cutouts of paper, fabric other things like beads and sequins on a surface like wood, glass, ceramic, metal, sometimes even plastic, so that it looks like it has always been there.

In our case we are using mod podge as our glue but there are many types of decoupage glue out there.

Mod podge substitute or mod podge alternative is white glue mixed with water. You need to mix 3 parts white glue and 3 parts water and you will get similar results.
